Spacings: Vine spacing are closer than average for Central Otago. Rows at 2.2 metres. Vine at 1.0 metre in most of vineyard and some at 0.88 metres.
Training: Pruned back to single cane per vine. Spring growth trained to vertical shoot position system (VSP)
Hand tendered: All vine work is completed by hand except vine trimming
